We have a spacious conference room for our clients with Internet access, and we can provide coffee, water, and snacks during those long meetings or interviews. We offer the room free of charge to our court reporting and video conferencing clients.

We can send reports and transcripts via e-mail or load them onto ASCII disks, and we provide complimentary condensed transcripts and word indexing. E-transcripts are available as well as scanning exhibits to PDF for electronic filing. Expedited services and rush jobs are no problem for our experienced staff. With notice, we can also arrange to provide our clients with whiteboards, easels and other items essential for productive meetings.
